Returns and Exchanges

Hey, thank you for buying my stuff. It truly means a lot. You also become more beautiful for doing so. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, I offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return Policy:

• To initiate a return, please email us at neon.austin@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order with the reason for the return and your order number.
• We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send back the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.
• Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, which is why i give you the pre-paid shipping label.

Exchange Policy:

• To initiate an exchange, please email us at neon.austin@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order with the reason for the exchange and your order number.
• We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send back the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.
• Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you within 7 business days.
• Please note that shipping charges for the exchange are covered by us.

Exceptions:

• Custom orders and personalized prints are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Items damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item(s) with a photo of the damage and your order number.
